Summary LHC took suo moto notice of non-humanitarian attitude towards two Indian female prisoners in jail.
The prisoners, Parveen Jahan and Gull Afroz, wrote a letter to the CJ, complaining that they were being punished without any reason in Kot Lakhpat jail.They said they were being involved in fake and fabricated case for nothing. The CJ has ordered the home secretary and the superintendent jail to appear in the court on July 11.
