Summary Khushhal Khan Khataq stayed at DG Khan Railway Station for more than 9 hours due to engine default.
It was leaving Karachi for Peshawar that suddenly its engine halted. The passengers also had to face problems due to lack of edibles on the station stalls.They raised voice against mismanagement on the part of the railways administration. Besides, a woman and a child became unconscious with scorching heat and were provided first aid by 1122 rescue service. When next train 19-Down reached the railway station, angry passengers stopped it in protest.Later, Railways officials decided to manage a new engine from Kandian.Despite this, both the trains could not move till the last news by the evening.
