Summary LHC has ordered to take back 120 kanals of land from DOR from encroacher.
Justice Azmat Sheikh said that Punjab government was in habbit of delivering land among its supporters.A resident of Khoshab had filed a petition that he had been allotted the said land by the order of LHC but DOR allotted it to some other person. He prayed to the court that land should be allotted to him.Justice Azmat ordered that if revenue authority could not return the land, he could be suspended, adding that if DOR was unable to carry out the order, he should resign from his office.He said that he would not refrain from calling Rangers from Karachi in order to end the illegal possession of encroachers.
