Summary Two cousins were shot dead while one was injured in Dhodial area of Mansehra on a property dispute.
Fear gripped the area after the incident. The residents of the area shifted the dead bodies and the injured person to hospital.Police arrived late at the hospital instead of the crime scene. Police handed over the dead bodies to the family after postmortem.
