Summary Resident in Gulbahar area caught and tortured a robber before the police arrived.
The robbers were looting the people in the Phool Gali in Gulbahar area when resident over powered the robbers. The resident took the robbers in a school building and tortured them.One hour after the incident took place; police were informed of the incident and soon arrived at the scene. The residents staged a protest and then handed the robbers over to the police.
