Summary Passengers face difficulties due to delay in arrival and departure of trains in Lahore.
As per detail, all the trains are late by 6 to 10 hours. Karakoram train was to leave the station at 3:30pm but it couldn’t leave the platform due to lack of power. It had to stay till evening. Night Coach was to leave the station at 5pm but it remained there till about 9pm.In the same way, Allama Iqbal Express was to reach Lahore at 10:40 am but its arrival was reported at 11pm. The passengers feel frustrated due to this mismanagement.
