Summary At least 50 school children fell unconscious in Ghari Dupatta, a suburban area of Muzaffarabad.
The morning assembly was in progress in the school when a girl fell and became unconscious and then other children, one after another, became unconscious.According to the parents, the children became unconscious after drinking substandard water while the school administration claimed the reason behind the incident was rising temperature.The children were shifted to different hospitals of Muzaffarabad and their condition was out of danger.The affected children said that they felt dizzy after a strange smell spread in the school compound.
