Summary Accused managed to flee from the scene.
Traffic police stopped a car and asked for documents but the driver failed to produce the papers. During the search police found a heavy quantity of meat from the car. The meat was rotten and had a pungent smell. According to eyewitnesses the meat was that of a dead animal. The accused tried to silence the traffic police through appeasing them. Having failed in their attempt they escaped from the scene. Eyewitnesses claim the meet was of some dead animal.
