Summary Rs 2.1 million gas bill was sent to a bread baker in Gujranwala.
According to details Ghulam Mustafa of Sadhoke, Gujranwala, runs a bread baking shop. He got a Sui gas connection eight months ago, but did not receive any bill in the first two months due to which Sui gas officials cut gas supply to his shop. Later, he paid Rs 0.1 million to the Sui gas officials for the restoration of the gas supply. The Sui gas officials informed him that his gas meter was sent to a laboratory for test and it was found tampered. However, they sent a bill of Rs 2.1 million. Ghulam Mustafa claimed that the higher officials of the Sui Northern Gas were admitting a billing error but still they were not ready to correct it.
