Summary Govt had announced Rs 5 lakh head money for Hafiz Ihsan.
Police claimed that the accused was involved in killing more than 100 persons. Addressing a press conference, District Police Officer said that the CIA police have arrested an accused involved in 100-people killing with a head money of Rs 5 lakh. He is proclaimed offender in many cases of killing, extortion and kidnapping, he added. DPO also awarded cash and certificates to police officials.
