Summary Police have registered a case under Gambling Act against seven people including a police constable.
Napier police have registered a case under clause 3 and 4 of the act on the petition of sub inspector Tanveer. The applicant have nominated owner of the club Ijaz Meman, SI Wasim and five other persons. On Thursday, unknown miscreants hurled a hand grenade at a rummy club in Ghas Mandi area of Karachi, which killed 19 and injured dozens. If convicted, the accused will get one month in prison and Rs 200 hundred in fine.
