Summary Three suspects who opened fire targeting the police near Kalma Chowk were arrested after a siege.
After police stopped a suspicious looking car at a security check post near Kalma chowk, the three people in the car opened fire on the police officials and then ran into an under construction plaza near the check post.Police cordoned off the area as the both sides exchanged fire for 15 minutes. Meanwhile police surrounded that three people and eventually arrested them. After initial investigation, it was found out that the three people were involved in various robberies.
