Summary Doctors strike against murder of Prof Mumtaz enters second day, creating problems for the patients.
Dr Mumtaz Haider of the Bolan Medical Complex (BMC) was murdered after he was kidnapped from Quetta.The Pakistan Medical Association had given the strike call for three days.The doctors also refused to attend the patients in OPD, due to which, the patients coming from far flung areas faced difficulties.On the other side, the Academic Council and PMA would evolve a strategy on April 22 to resign in protest against the killing.
