According to the police, Waheed married Shagufta Bibi seven years ago and the couple had four children. Shagufta often used to argue with her mother in law, Rashida but in the past few days the arguments took a violent turn when Shagufta beat to death Rashida with a metal rod. Later police arrested the accused, Shagufta.Misri Shah Police Station Head Officer, Maqsood Gujjar said that Shagufta admitted to the crime during interrogation and told that Rashida had threatened to get her divorced which is why she killed her in fear and retaliation.
