Summary Police tortured people in the area of Bara.
People staged protest against the police. The protesters alleged that police have beaten many innocent people without any reason. They chanted slogans against the police officials.The Jamaat-e-Islami activists also criticised the government for operation in Bara. They said that the operation was creating problems for the tribal areas.
