Speaking at a press conference in Quetta, President Balochistan Cable Operators Association Babrak Khan said that Regional General Manager of PEMRA Gul Kakar was a corrupt officer who took money from cable operators under various pretexts.Babrak said that several complaints were lodged to the higher authorities against Gul Kakar but no action was taken against him.He said that a private TV channel owned the rights of a satellite but the cable operators were not its servants.He said that the cable operators were bound to show the transmissions of all the channels because without it they were unable to collect fees from the consumers.Babrak said that they will sue in the court if Gul Kakar does not seek pardon for his false accusations against the cable operators.
