Summary A bailiff of the Lahore High Court recovered a husband, his wife and two children from the house of a landlord and produced them in the court.
The court in its ruling maintained that Muhammad Mansha, Ghulam Fatima and their children Altaf and Zakia were free to live their own life.Talking to media outside the court premises, Mansha and his wife said that a landlord of Dipalpur, Haji Shukat Ali, forcibly kept them for three years and engaged them in forced labour.They appealed to the government to take stern action against the landlord.
