Summary An 18 year-old boy was injured when a stray string slit open his throat while the police have been ascertaining the jurisdiction, Dunya News reported.
Amjad of Angori Scheme in Lahore was riding on motor cycle near his house when stray kite strings cut his throat. He fell from motorcycle and seriously injured.The residents of the area shifted him to Shalamar Hospital while Baghbanpura and Mughalpura police have been refuting the occurrence of the incident to cover their inefficiency.It is worth mentioning that the govt has imposed a strict ban on kite flying and issued an order to take action against the concerned SHO along with the violators of the ban.
