Summary Six robbers looted Rs 5 million from a commercial bank but were held after an encounter with police.
According to sources, more than six armed men barged into a bank took the people and staff hostages. Later, they mercilessly looted about Rs 5 million and escaped from there.Robbers also tortured some people who tried to express resistance. Injured were taken to nearby hospital where their situation is reportedly serious. Having information, the police chased robbers who opened fire on security men. plice also retaliated in the same manner and ultimaley succeeded in holding six robbers.Further investigation is underway till the file of news.
