Summary Sindh Building Control Authority has started an operation against illegal vast buildings.
Four floors of a seven-storey plaza at Mochi Bazar in Sukkur have been collapsed situated.The Building Controlling Authority Assistant Director said that there are 29 more buildings in the city which have been constructed while violating the basic rules and regulations of the department. Those would be demolished very soon, he said. He also said that the owner of the building had sought permission for three-storey building but later, constructed seven-storey plaza.He said that stern action would be taken against the people who were violating rules of construction.On the other hand, the building owner had moved a writ petition in the court and sought a stay order against the department.
