Summary A patient has been diagnosed suffering from dengue virus in Lady Reading Hospital in Peshawar.
A 30-year-old Naik Zaman suffered from severe fever and was admitted to the said hospital. His blood was sent to the chemical laboratory which confirmed that he was suffering from dengue virus.Two main hospitals in the city have been directed to set separate wards for such patients.It is worthy of note that anti-mosquitoes campaign could not be yet commenced in Peshawar and its surroundings.
