Summary A 15-year-old girl died at Civil Hospital Karachi after receiving wrong injection.
According to details, the 15-year-old Neha was admitted in the Civil Hospital a week ago where she expired during treatment.The heirs of the deceased have blamed that the doctors did not provided information about her ailment and injected a wrong injection to her due to which she died. The heirs of Neha staged a protest against doctors’ negligence in front of the hospital.Meanwhile, the Chief Minister Sindh has sought a report of the incident from the secretary health.
