Summary People in Quetta and other adjoining areas are observing black day over the murder of JUP leader.
Religious parties along with locals are observing black day in most areas of Balochistan including Quetta over the assassination of Jamiat Ulema-e-Pakistan (JUP) leader Muhammad Qasim. The strike has also been called over the delay in the arrest of the killers.Most of the shops have been shut down in the wake of the strike while traffic is almost on a stand still. Leader of the Jamiat Ulema-e-Pakistan (JUP) Maulana Muhammad Qasim who was also a prayer leaderwas killed in a firing incident on Saryab Road in Quetta on Friday.
