Summary After mishap in Malir Halt, Karachi, security has been put on high alert in Lahore.
Large contingents have been deployed on religious sites. According to CCPO Lahore Ahmad Raza Tahir, security has been made high alert after mishap occurred in Karachi. Officers also have been ordered to make patrolling arrangements without any flaw. He also directed that security forces should be enhanced at the main gates of mosques, Imam Bargahs and other worshipping points.
