Summary Lahore High Court ordered to arrest SHO Factory Area over non-serious attitude in the courtroom.
Justice Kazim Raza was hearing the Mehvish Ziadti Case in the court. The woman accused that she had been sexually harassed by the SHO Atiq Dogar when he as appointed in Litan Road Police Station.During hearing of the case, SHO smiled sarcastically at the woman. At this, Justice Kazim ordered to arrest him with the direction that the accused should be produced in the court with handcuffs on next hearing.The court also has summoned the DIG and CCPO Lahore on next hearing on March 27.
