Summary Four members of a family died when a speeding bus hit a motorcycle on Chichawatni-Burewala Road.
According to information, a speeding bus hit a motorcycle on Chichawatni-Burewala Road, killing Ghulam Murtaza, resident of 212 Fatah village near Chishtian, his wife Manzooran and two sons, 5-year-old Asad Murtaza and 3-year-old Ali Hussain.The driver and conductor of the bus managed to flee from the scene after the accident. Meanwhile, eye-witnesses have alleged that police and rescue officials arrived at the spot after a delay of one and half an hour despite being informed on time as a result an injured died without getting any treatment.Residents of the area also raised slogans against Police Station Sadr and damaged the bus involved in the accident by pelting stones.
