Summary Panchayat declared two sisters Wani in Sadiqabad after announcing their uncle Kala.
As per details, Jirga announced to hang Mureed to death after his alleged illicit relation with a girl, resident of Paki Thatha. However, he was given the choice of giving his two nieces as Wani to escape punishment, to which he reportedly agreed. Mureed decided to Wani his 12 and 6-year-old nieces, Bkhtawar and Salma.Mureed’s sister Huseens Mai however disageed. Meanwhile, Huseens’ husband Riaz got murdered mysteriously. Third day after Riaz’s death, Mureed kidnapped Salma and his sister Huseena, while Bkhtawar managed to escape.An application was filed with Boang police, but no action has been taken so far.
