Summary Traders held a shutter-down strike against torture on teacher and transfer of DPO in Sargodha.
The protest rally, while passing from different routes, culminated at Shaheen Chowk where traders staged a sit-in. protestors were of the view that if the federal government did not cancel the resignation of DPO Sargodha and do not stop patronizing influential accused, the series of strikes would be expanded across the district.They said that this rally was not for Dr Rizwan but they were raising voice in the favour of an honest police officer who took action for provision of justice to the feudal-hit teacher in accordance with rule of law.
