Summary Another accused allegedly involved in the abduction and killing of child has been arrested.
Both of the accused were produced in the court of the judicial magistrate who ordered to hand them over to the police on judicial remand for three daysDuring investigation, Mureed Hussain revealed that he along with his aide Asif abducted 10-year-old Ali Abbas from Hamza Town and not only sexually exploited him in an under construction building but also hanged the child to death due to fear of being traced.Police said that they had recovered the dead body of the victim on information of accused.Investigation officers produced both of the accused in the court of judicial magistrate Shafqat Shahbaz Raja and succeeded in having physical remand of accused for three days.On the other hand, the heirs held a protest demonstration by keeping the dead body of the ill-fated child on the Sialkot Road and shouted slogan against killers.Later, police official reached the site of demonstration and assured the agonized family of full cooperation and coordination. At this heirs of body ended their strike with the hope that the police would honour its words.
