Summary Train drivers announced to stage hunger strike tomorrow and threatened to stop traffic operations.
After failure of dialogues between Train Drivers Association and Managing Director Pakistan Railways, the drivers have given hunger strike call for tomorrow (Thursday).The dialogues were held in railway headquarter Lahore. The General Manager Railways sought some time but driver leaders refused to give more time.Train drivers were demanding promotions and facilities according to 2010 pay scale and mileage allowance.
