Summary BHC ordered Chief Secretary not to issue development funds to Balochistan MPA Abdul Qadir Gilani.
Balochistan Assembly Speaker Aslam Bhotani filed a petition in the Balochistan High Court (BHC), seeking suspension of development funds to MPA Abdul Qadir Gilani. The petitioner stated that the MPA was involved in horse-trading during the Senate elections and had pledged his seat to the PPP for Rs.650 million development funds.The petition requested the court to stop the funds.The court accepted the request and issued order to Balochistan Chief Secretary not to issue development funds to Abdul Qadir Gilani.
