Summary The Supreme Court has adjourned the hearing of Reko Diq case till tomorrow (Tuesday).
A three-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry and comprising Justice Khilji Arif Hussain and Justice Tariq Pervez heard the Reko Diq case.Balochistan Advocate General Amanullah Kanrani informed the court that Balochistan Secretary Minerals has rejected the TCC’s appeal for mining licence.Counsel for TCC Khalid Anwar requested the court for time, stating that he received the copy of the order the same day.The court accepted his plea and adjourned the hearing till Tuesday.
