The Lahore High Court on Thursday admitted a petition for hearing against flight of training aircrafts in the residential areas of Lahore.The petitioner, advocate Ishtiaq Ahmad Chaudhry, took the plea that accidents were taking place daily due to flight of training planes in residential areas. These incidents were causing loss to life and property, he added. Therefore, stay order be issued against flight of training planes in residential areas, he prayed.The court said stay order could not be issued without hearing the stance of the government.The court issued notices to DG Civil Aviation, federal and provincial governments and sought written reply from them in this connection.
