Shahid Orkazai has filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court of Pakistan, stating that Prime Minister is unable to dissolve the National Assembly after his indictment, therefore the court should issue order to the opposition leader to bring no-confidence motion against the PM.The petitioner also appealed to apex court to suspend contempt hearing against PMGilani till the voting on no-confidence motion.Opposition Leader in the NA Ch Nisar and NA Secretary have been made party in the case.
