Summary Session court dismissed interim bails of two owners of factory collapsed in Kharak area of Lahore.
Counsel for owners of the collapsed factory, Khurram Khosa pleaded before the Additional Session Judge Lahore Chaudhry Nazir Ahmed that case against his clients is fake and baseless.Whole FIR is unlawful and unconstitutional because murder case cannot be registered for an accident, Khurram contended.On the other hand, heirs of the people killed in the mishap told the court that 26 people have lost their lives in this tragedy and factory owners are responsible for the calamity because the factory was constructed illegally.The court after hearing the arguments from both the sides dismissed the interim bails of the factory owners.However, the accused were slipped from the court when verdict was declared.Police has intensified the efforts to arrest the accused.
