ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Passport delivery counters across the country will remain open on Saturdays to facilitate citizens in collecting their ready passports.
According to the Directorate General of Immigration and Passports, the delivery counters will operate from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. every Saturday.
The weekly passport delivery facility will remain available for two months, allowing citizens to collect their ready passports on Saturdays as well.
The Director General of Immigration and Passports advised citizens to collect their passports at the earliest and urged those unable to visit during regular office hours to benefit from the Saturday facility.
He also appealed to passport applicants to collect their documents on time, warning that passports not collected for more than six months will be disposed of in accordance with government policy.
