Sindh govt forms judicial commission to probe Mir Raza Ali's killing

Summary Sindh government forms a judicial commission, headed by Justice Umar Sial, to investigate young businessman Mir Raza Ali’s killing and uncover facts.

KARACHI (Dunya News): The Sindh government has constituted a judicial commission to investigate the killing of young businessman Mir Raza Ali.

Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court has nominated Justice Umar Sial to head the judicial commission tasked with investigating the circumstances surrounding Mir Raza Ali’s death.

The Sindh government formed the commission under the Sindh Tribunals of Inquiry Ordinance, 1969, and has also finalised its terms of reference (ToRs).

The judicial commission will examine various aspects of Mir Raza Ali’s death and conduct a detailed inquiry to determine the facts and circumstances surrounding the incident.
