ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PM&DC) has rescheduled the Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) 2026.
The examination, which was previously scheduled for August 16, 2026, will now be conducted on September 20, 2026.
The council said the decision was taken on the directions of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to ensure the smooth, secure, and transparent conduct of the examination while facilitating all candidates.
PM&DC informed candidates, parents, educational institutions, and other stakeholders that all other terms, conditions, and examination arrangements will remain unchanged unless further notified.
The council advised candidates to regularly check the official PM&DC website and official communication channels for any future updates and instructions.
