LAKKI MARWAT (Dunya News) – Security forces conducted intelligence-based operations in Lakki Marwat, resulting in the killing of multiple terrorists.
Sources said that several hideouts belonging to the terrorists were destroyed during the operations. A significant quantity of weapons, ammunition, and other equipment was also recovered from the militants killed during the action.
Security sources further stated that reports indicated several “Fitna al-Khawarij” militants were also injured during the operations.
They added that measures were taken during the operations to ensure the protection of civilians and prevent any harm to the local population.
Security forces continue their operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as part of efforts to maintain lasting peace and eliminate militancy from the region, the sources added.
