Summary Peshawar High Court directed a citizen named Quaid-e-Azam to appear before the NADRA Board after hearing a petition against the blocking of his identity card over alleged suspicious status.

PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – The Peshawar High Court has directed a citizen named Quaid-e-Azam to appear before the NADRA Board while hearing a petition filed against the blocking of his identity card.

A two-member bench comprising Justice Waqar Ahmad and Justice Inamullah Khan heard the petition submitted by the citizen against the blocking of his CNIC.

During the hearing, the petitioner’s lawyer stated that the applicant is a businessman and his identity card had been blocked. The counsel requested the court to provide relief in the matter.

Meanwhile, NADRA’s Director Legal informed the court that the petitioner’s identity card was blocked after being declared suspicious.

After hearing the arguments, the Peshawar High Court directed the applicant, Quaid-e-Azam, to appear before the NADRA Board for further proceedings.
