This brought the total number of testimonies recorded so far to 13.The hearing of the case started in the court of Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Shahid Rafiq in Adiala Jail.The court recorded the statements of Usman Maftoon, a representative of a private mobile company, Feroze Alam, the director PTCL and Ali Haider, a police constable of Rawalpindi.However, arguments on the statement of accused Rasheed Turabi recorded by Magistrate Ahmed Mansoor Janjua.The counsel for the accused, Malik Rafique, requested the court to call all witnesses to record statement at one hearing and start arguments.The court called six more witnesses and put of the hearing till Feb 26.
