Summary The PMD has predicted more rain and snowfall in different parts of the country from Sunday.

Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted more rain with snowfall over the hills in different parts of the country form Sunday to Wednesday.According to Met analysis, fresh westerly wave is likely to approach Pakistan on Sunday that will generate scattered rain in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwan, North Balochistan, Islamabad, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.Under the influence of this westerly waves more snow is expected over the hills of Murree, Galliyat, Northern areas, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir from Monday to Wednesday.The lowest minimum temperature was recorded minus 11C in Parachinar, Kalam while Thursday’s minimum temperatures were Islamabad 1C, Lahore 3C, Quetta minus 8C, Karachi 10C, Peshawar 3C, Muzaffarabad 2C, Gilgit minus 2C, Murree minus 4C, Multan 3C, Faisalabad 1C.
