ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephonic conversation with Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal Bin Farhan Al Saud to offer condolences over the tragic helicopter crash in Ras Tanura.
Ishaq Dar conveyed sincere condolences on behalf of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir and the people of Pakistan over the tragic incident, which resulted in the loss of 14 precious lives.

Prince Faisal thanked Ishaq Dar and deeply appreciated the brotherly gesture.
The two leaders held an in-depth discussion on recent developments in the region and expressed deep concern over the evolving situation.

Ishaq Dar reiterated Pakistan's resolve to continue working towards the prevalence of peace in the region in pursuance of the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding.
Prince Faisal conveyed that he plans to visit Pakistan on mutually convenient dates at the earliest, which Ishaq Dar welcomed and expressed the hope that the visit would materialise soon.
