Summary Accused of corruption case Khurram Rasool has been sent on physical remand for three days.
The accused was produced in the court of the judicial magistrate in Rawalpindi who ordered to hand him over to FIA police for three days.Khurram Rasool is accused having Rs 1,05,000 each from Raja Mujeeb Ahmad and his family members in the name of Haj facility.The accused neither made arrangement to send his clients on Haj nor returned their amount.Later, an FIR was lodged against him on February 7.The accused record his statement in the court that he is ready to return the amount taken from petitioners. At this, the court ordered to send him on physical remand for three days.
