Summary The hearing of Mumbai attack case has been postponed till February 18.
The case was heard by Anti Terrorism Court in Adyala Jail. Notification of judicial commission regarding going to India for investigation could not be produced in the court.Prosecutor Chaudhry Zulfiqar said that date of commission which was to leave for India was postponed due to death of senior lawyer Khwaja Sultan.According to new schedule, the Indian government has been informed which reply is likely today.Further hearing of the case would be made on February 18.
