Summary Supreme Bar Association president Yasin Azad said that PM is not bound to resign in contempt case.
But the prime minister should write a letter to the Swiss government, President Bar said.While talking to the media in Lahore, he said that PM Gilani is not bound to resign in contempt case, adding that the decision to resign or not is his moral right, Azad said.He said that the Prime Minister should have written a letter to the court to avoid any judicial proceeding but the court had to take action on his refusal.
