Summary SHC issued summons to Rehman Malik and Director Immigration Passport Cell for March 2.
A two-member division bench comprising Chief Justice Maqbool Baqir and Justice Nisar Muhammad Shaikh conducted hearing of the petition which said that plaintiff would like to leave for Saudi Arabia to perform Umra but they were refused to issued passport under the objection that their name included in the ECL.The court has issued summons to Interior Minister Rehman Malik and Director Immigration Passport Cell for March 2.
