Summary A dacoit was killed while another escaped in encounter with police in Township area of Lahore.
According to police, two dacoits robbed a man of his money, gold and mobile phone in township area and escaped from the scene on their motorcycle.A police mobile present nearby chased the dacoits. An exchange of fire took place between dacoits and police party in which one dacoit was killed which the other managed to escape.Police have moved the dead boday of the dacoit to a hospital and started search for his accomplice.
