Summary Supreme Court has rejected Intelligence Bureaus report regarding murder of Bakhtiar Domkis family.
The Sindh IG has been ordered to arrest the killers till February 24.Three member bench of SC led by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry conducted hearing of the case regarding arrest of killers of Bakhtiar Domki’s family members.The Supreme Court while declaring the IG exempted from appearing before the court ordered to arrest the killers of aforesaid family till February 24.Chief Justice consulted the Sindh IG that to whom he was waiting for, adding that delay happens to kill the evidence.“Your investigation report is nothing but hollow words in English language”, the Chief Justice sarcastically said.
