Bad weather affects flight operations in Islamabad, several flights diverted to Sialkot

SIALKOT (Dunya News) – several domestic and international flights were diverted to Sialkot International Airport due to bad weather in the federal capital, Islamabad, Dunya News reported on Sunday.

According to Sialkot Airport spokesperson, as soon as the weather conditions improved, most of the incoming flights departed from Sialkot Airport toward their original destinations.

The spokesperson added that no flight faced any difficulties during landing at the Sialkot Airport. The diverted flights included a Fly Jinnah flight from Quetta to Islamabad, a Pakistan International Airlines flight from Riyadh to Islamabad, an Airblue flight from Sharjah to Islamabad, and an AirSial flight from Karachi to Islamabad.
